Jil Frey, M.S.W.
Clinical Supervisor

Jil Frey is a social worker and clinical supervisor for Creative Solutions for All Abilities. Beginning work with children with special needs at the age of thirteen, Jil's experiences include home based services growing from peer support to full time respite provider serving more than ten children with Autism and related disorders at various times. These experiences not only harnessed Jil's natural creativity and drive to help, but reinforced her belief in the value of home-based services to children and families.

Jil graduated Magna Cum Laude from Sacred Heart University and was inducted into the Phi Alpha National Honor Society for consistent academic achievement in social work. Jil then graduated from Fordham University with a Masters Degree in Social Work. With extensive experience in development of home-based behavioral curriculum and personalized intervention techniques, Jil's vision focuses closely on the identification of a child's most integral motivators, aspirations and strengths to support and empower positive change in behavior. She also specializes in incorporation of parents and siblings into all aspects of service, providing for progress not only for the individual receiving service, but for the family as a whole.

Jil's most recent interest includes both exploring and implementing various techniques that work to provide children with the skills to act as teachers and advocates for others with similar struggles. In her spare time, Jil enjoys creative writing, singing, and spending time at home with her husband Christopher.
